wider than the sky

Installation made for Redbrook Studios, Barnsley.

Fluorescent wire is used to draw lines through space to establish the area underneath the circular skylights in the atrium of the building and highlight this liminal space. The wire is pulled taut to alter the perception of the architecture and make us observe how the space interacts with the light from the domed skylights
